Direct Placement

Utilizing the same comprehensive contractor screening and recruiting process, Grayhawk 
can recruit industry-experienced individuals that meet our clients' requirements.  These
candidates are then hired directly by our clients.  There is no fee charged to the
candidates and our company guarantees its placements.  By leveraging Grayhawk in this 
capacity, our clients are free to concentrate on their core business objectives.


Transitional Staffing

With this alternative to direct placement, consultants functioning in contracting
assignments are eligible to be hired directly by our clients at the end of their contracts. 
This process allows clients to complete the initial tasks at hand and then hire
individuals they've had a chance to evaluate, individuals who now possess client -
specific institutional knowledge.


Contractor Payroll Services

Your organization may have identified specific individuals with whom it wishes to contract
for services, but for whatever reason is unable to do so directly.  Consider having
Grayhawk employ them and then contract these individuals back to your firm.  Because
Grayhawk's recruiting and administrative expenses are lower in these situations, we are

addition, we'll contact and pre-screen these individuals as to their technical skills,
interpersonal skills, availability to work, salary history and expectations, willingness to
relocate, and eligibility to work in the US.  Grayhawk will then submit the qualified and
interested candidates to you.
